1. Who publishes this site

This site is published by PETLEY LIMITED. The company's registered details and its registered office are set out in the footer of every page.

2. Information, not an offer

Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to treat, or a representation about any particular property. No property is listed here, no availability is stated, and no terms — rent, price, length, condition or anything else — are set out. Nothing on this site forms part of any contract.

3. Nothing binds the company until it is written

The company is bound only by what it confirms in writing, signed on its behalf, and in the case of an interest in land only by a contract made as the law requires. Correspondence about a possible letting or a possible transaction is subject to contract until then.

4. No advice

5. Photographs

The photographs on this site are openly licensed images of British buildings and streets, used as illustration. They do not show property owned or occupied by the company and are not particulars of any building. The authors and licences are listed on the image credits page.

The registered particulars given on this site are those recorded at Companies House and may be checked there. The rest of the site describes how the company works in general terms.
